Release from Pain
Note: This Is a Grissom and Lady Heather story. She nearly beats Sneller to death and Gill gets to her before she kills him. Taking her back to the Dominion he tries to comfort her but she has a different idea on how she wants to be comforted by him.
*************
Grissom had found Heather beating Sneller. When he stopped her she had just broke down crying in his arms. Gill moved her away from Sneller and got her in his SUV. He went back to the front of her car and cut him from the grill.
Calling dispatch Grissom didn't wait around for them to show up. Sneller wasn't bleeding so bad to someone to stay with him. Right now he had to see to Heather. Though he had no idea why he was. She had taken it upon herself to take her revenge and not play by the rules. Now here he was driving her back to the Dominion to collect herself.
Heather had gone deathly still in the passenger seat. She hadn't looked at him and hadn't even spoken. It was true that when he had seen her leaving the morgue Gill had been a little surprised she talked to him at all. He had the opportunity to make it up to her so he would. A small part of himself felt guilty for leaving Sneller there to take care of her. The larger part of himself to that smaller part to shut the hell up and that he was doing the right thing. Then there was an even smaller part of himself that reveled in Sneller's beating. That little part brought on more shame than he kept of his face.
"You don't have to do this." Her voice was soft.
"I want to do this." Grissom replied just as soft because if he spoke any louder he thought that he might spook her. That was another thing that made him ache seeing her so frail and fragile. This powerful woman was reduced to tears in his arms not more than a half hour ago.
Grissom continued to drive and every now and then he would sneak glances at her. The red coloring of her cheeks had faded till she was pale.
"Are we almost there?" Again the soft tone of her voice.
"Yes." Gill replied matching her tone. He got out of his SUV and walked around to the passenger side. Opening the door he stared into her eyes for a moment. Behind the pain he saw a flicker of something that he didn't recognize. He thought that it might have been excitement, but she had recently lost her daughter. Gill offered her his hand and helped her out of the SUV and up to the house. The familiar sounds of shouts and screams floated on the air around them and Gill found the sound oddly comforting.
Reaching the door a woman opened it and took one look at Heather and Grissom immediately ushering them inside. Gill thanked her but didn't wait around for her to help he merely took Heather upstairs to her bedroom. Despite only being in there once before he still remembered where it was. Near the top of the stairs Heather tugs out of Gills solid arms and walks of her own accord.
"If I ask you to stay would you?" Her voice was a little louder now she was home.
"I would if it is your will." Gill sensed she needed to be dominant to regain her composure.
"Then it is my will." Without turning around Heather walked into her room and waited for Gill to follow her.
he stood there for a moment and wrestled with his conscience about the case and what it would mean for his job. In the end he shoved the nagging voice in the back of his head in a box and took the last remaining steps into her quarters.
She stood in the center of her sitting room looking at nothing in particular until she heard his foot steps. Something in her became calm at his nearness. There was also something dark moving beneath her skin. She felt animal compulsions to fight him.
Grissom felt something stirring with in him as well. Little did he know what was stirring in him was also stirring in Heather. The one thing that they had in common was violence. She inflicted it and he studied it, but right now in this moment violence pulled them together.
Heather moved towards him and did something that he didn't expect. She slapped him hard enough to leave a red mark on his cheek. Heather was about to strike him again when he took her wrist and shoved her up against the wall.
"This is power." Heather growled.
"Is that what you want?" Gill voice had gone low.
"No I want someone to dominate me for a change." She used her other hand and shoved him away. Losing his balance Grissom fell on his back. Heather didn't give him a chance to get up she straddled his waist and pinned his wrists to the floor above his head.
"You're not trying." She growled again and grazed her teeth down the side of his neck. "You said you wanted to help me, this is helping me."
The beast that resides in all men flared to life in Gill and he rolled them till Heather was under him and he was between her legs. His wrists were free and he moved the shirt away from her shoulders to expose the flesh. Responding to her fierceness Gill marked her. Setting teeth impressions into her shoulder.
Pain was the only thing that Lady Heather really understood these days. It was her way of life and it was how she payed the bills. Now the pain that he inflicted stirred in her a beast she had no idea that she carried. They were like two crazed animals rolling around on the floor, each fighting for dominance. Heather would give an inch and she made sure that Gill took it.
During their frenzied fighting they had lost their tops somewhere in there. Rolling had Heather on top of Gill running her nails down his bare chest and leaving red welts in their wake. That only served to spur him on and rolled them again with him in the dominant position again.
"We are going to have to take this to the bed soon."
"I know." She panted out. Gill moved off of her and offered his hand like he had done earlier. She took it and allowed him to pull her to her feet. The beasts in them rose and called to the other. This had never happened the previous times they had met.
Heather grabbed Gills belted waist and yanked his body close to hers while she claimed his mouth with hers. Rough and wanting she dueled with him. It made him rougher than he had never been in his life.
Ripping at her skirt he got it off her body and pushed her back onto the bed. When she hit the bed Heather reached out for him to join her. He didn't take her invitation instead he took the time to take off her boots. It was a gesture she wasn't prepared for. She had been biting him and scratching him up and here he was taking off her boots.
"Nice later, rough now." Heather grabbed for his hand and made him tumble to the bed.
A/N: Well here is another LH/G story of a different sort.
