What To Do?

Disclaimer.. I do not nor don't pretend to know anyone from Orange County Choppers or the show American Chopper. But I do own the original characters and these darn plot bunnies would not leave me alone till I started on this. I swear they are evil little critters and they hide under my desk and nip and naw at my ankles till I get motivated. And without further wait here is the story.

A/N Paul Sr. will not be making an appearance within the first few chapters. But this story will take a while to get to the good stuff. Also if the updates are slow on this story please keep in mind that I am also working on my other story Into The Darkness in the Harry Potter Catergory. I appologize before hand but it will continue. Once Paul makes his appearance almost everything will then be explained. Notice I said almost. Again thank you for your time in reading this.

Prologue

Christy Constance Jekins- Jones sat at her desk working on her file for the company. Her friend Jamie came over and swung around the wall.

"Hey Chris. Wanna grab some grub?"

Christy laughed and saved the file. "For you Jam. I have all the time in the world."

The two girls walked out of the business and down the street to the cafe on the corner.

No one would ever know by looking at these two that they came from different classes of families. While Jamie was born in the slums, to a single mother, Christy was born on the good side of the tracks to a rich family and grew up spoiled rotten. Jamie and Christy had met in high school and continued their friendship long after. Christy, instead of blowing her graduation money, paid for Jamie to attend the same collage that she went to and with Christy's help Jamie was able to move her mother into a nice house with all expenses paid. Mary was just like a mother to Christy. while Angie was taking trips and ignoring her daughter, Mary welcomed her with open arms into her family of three children as well as a husband who loved Christy as his own. Christy was proud to belong to that family because whenever she married Jason Jones her entire family stopped all contact with her. Jason's family was worth more than Christy's and her father forbid them to get married. Christy loved Jason and went against her father's wishes. There were also very few noticeable differences in the girls but everyone thought they were sisters. The main differences were that Christy was two inches taller than Jamie but Jamie was more outgoing than Christy was. The two of them worked together. It was Jamie who helped Christy get into the company. Quickly the girls ate their lunch and went back to work.

Christy was just finishing up her case load whenever a messenger came into the office. He stopped at the receptionist desk and Jamie watched as the woman pointed him to Christy's cubical. The guy walked over to her and cleared his throat.

"Mrs. Jones?"

Christy turned around and nodded then stood up.

"I have a registered letter here for you."

Christy nodded and signed her name and took the letter. She watched him walk off and Jamie stood up. No one in the office ever got mail they had to sign for. Jamie then watched as her best friend's face went ashen and she sat down.

Mr. Moore came over to Christy's cubical. "Mrs. Jones. You know I do not allow personal mail to come here." He stood there watching as Christy bowed her head and her shoulder's started to shake. As he glanced over he saw what was the matter. It was hard not to see the headline on the letter.

Mr. Jason Scott Jones

DIVORCE REQUEST

Mr. Moore looked over to Jamie and motioned her over. "Jamie. I need you to take Christy home. The letter explains it."

Jamie looked down and her eyes filled with tears. Jason was filing for divorce. She calmly walked over to Christy and took her in her arms. "The report is finished Sir. All that needs to be done is to print it out."

Mr. Moore nodded. "I'll take care of it Jamie. Just take care of her." He then watched as Christy and Jamie walked slowly out the door. Christy did not deserve this in any way but he hoped that she would be fine. He walked to his office and accessed her computer to print everything out.

Mary looked up in shock as her only daughter led her adopted daughter through the door and on to the couch. She raised her eyebrow and Jamie sighed.

"Mom. Jason filed for divorce."

Mary walked over and pulled Christy into her arms. "Oh child. Cry on Mary's shoulder."

Christy looked up and sobbed out "Mamma."

Mary held her closer and closed her eyes. As she let Christy cry it out her sons James, Josh and John came in the door. James being the oldest walked immediately to her side and took the paper. As he read it, his face contorted with anger.

"How dare he do this? She does everything. She works and pays the bills and.." He stomped out of the room and slammed his bedroom door hard. Mary knew without a doubt that her sons as well as her husband would be there for Christy in the court room.

Three weeks later

Jason walked into the courtroom with Alicia on his arm. Alicia was very visibly pregnant and Josh stood up. Clint laid his hand on his arm and shook his head. "He ain't worth it son. We are here for Christy. He will get what is coming to him."

The judge listened to both sides and then looked at Christy.

"Christy. It states here in the paperwork that you purchased the house as well as the cars. What do you wish to do?"

Christy looked back at Mary. "Your honor. I am asking that a notice be given for him to be removed today from the house. I have already made plans for the house as well as the cars.. All I ask for is my maiden name back. I made the purchases and my name is the only one on them. Also your honor I would like to have him removed from all the bank accounts and I ask that I be reimbursed for every thing that has been withdrawn within the past three weeks."

The judge nodded and smiled. " I hear by grant this divorce on the grounds of Mr. Jones committing adultery on his wife and in this cause now has another woman pregnant. He has no rights to the grounds or any of the accounts that they had while they were married. I am also requesting that two officers assist Mr. Jones with the removal of his clothing. No other items are to be taken from the residence. You have five hours from this time as to remove your clothing. Congratulations Miss Jekins you are now a single woman. Court is adjourned."

Christy turned and walked back to Mary and Alicia approached her. "You know he cheated on you because you couldn't get pregnant right?"

Christy smiled at her. "Actually I can. I was on birth Control."

And with that Christy walked out of the court room a free woman.
