Gordo's missing
LIZZIE: Miranda!
MIRANDA: Wat???
LIZZIE: Look at that store.
MIRANDA: which one?
LIZZIE: the new one
MIRANDA: You mean the one that sells-
GORDO: HI!
LIZZIE:Hi Gordo
MIRANDA: Hey
GORDO: I hafta go pick up somethin for tonight
LIZZIE: Can we come??
GORDO: It's kind of a secret.....
LIZZIE: oh, please Gordo?
GORDO: You'll see it tonight, k?
LIZZIE: ok, fine, I can't wait.
MIRANDA: I cant's go.
LIZZIE: what's wrong?
MIRANDA: My mom said so.
GORDO(not really paying attention): That's too bad, really
LIZZIE: But why?
MIRANDA: She wants me to visit my Grandma in Mexico.
LIZZIE: But you love your Grandma, you'll have plenty of fun!
MIRANDA: I kno, I just hope you will as well.
LIZZIE: oh well, you guys ready to go to school??
GORDO: I'll catch up, i just have to pick something up quickly.
The girls walk away and Gordo heads into the store and picks up six things...
Lizzie and Miranda make it to the school and Gordo still isn't with them.
LIZZIE: I wonder where Gordo is.
MIRANDA: Maybe he has to go and put the things at home first.
Lizzie: yeah, maybe.
Lizzie looks really worried and decides to call Gordo on his cell phone. She's almost done dialing when someone calls out her name.
KATE (sweetly): Hi Lizzie
LIZZIE(nervously): H-Hi Kate, I didn't know you went to this school.
KATE: I don't, I got into a private school, I was just wondering if Ethan goes here, he hasn't told me yet.
LIZZIE(more confident): No, Ethan goes to prep.
KATE(normal again): Whatever, see ya, Lizzie, Miranda.
Miranda sticks out her tounge.
KATE: You are so immature.
Kate leaves and Lizzie is about to redial Gordo's number when the tardy bell rings and she realizes she's late for class and it's all Kate's fault. She decides she'll just call him after class, and says good-bye to Miranda and she goes to Math and Miranda goes to History.
LIZZIE: Phew, just in time too.
The teacher walks and begins her lesson, but Lizzie tunes her out and starts to think about Gordo.
Lizzie(thinking): He's never late. What did he need to get. Why couldn't he let me come with him. What are we going to do tonight. Maybe I should ask to wait until Miranda can go. Maybe we shouldn't be there without her. I wonder if his parents are going to be there. I hope so. Maybe I shouldn't have broken up with him....
TEACHER: ELIZABETH McGUIRE! PAY ATTENTION UNLESS YOUWANT TO GET DETENTION FOR LIFE!
LIZZIE: Yes ma'am
MIRANDA: Wat???
