Chapter 1~New In Town
"Eve..." a voice said and she saw a hand waving. "Shannon." Evelyn Morris hugged Shannon McBain...They were close friends...Yes, Eve was a few years older than Shannon, but that didn't matter.
Eve came into the LlanView Airport from Jersey...Shannon went to baggage claim and Eve picked out her bags, but Shannon grabbed the bags, before she could. "You can stay with me, till you get settled." they started to walk outside.
Shannon lived in a nice apartment...But Eve had lived in worse...She was a California girl, but moved to Jersey to get away from her step father...In Jersey she met Shannon McBain and later met her cousin John McBain...
After setting everything down, Shannon took Eve to a diner for something to eat. She was a bit nervous..New in own, the only person she knows is Shannon...Everyone thought Shannon was a bitch, coz, it was the way she acted, but to Eve, it wasn't that. Shannon was a great young lady and very friendly...
"River..." Shannon called to a good-looking young man, who was holding hands with a beautiful young girl. "River, this is Evelyn Moore...This is River." she introduced them. "Hi, Evelyn, this is my girlfriend Adriana." he said. "Nice to meet you...Please call me Eve." she smiled. "Would you like to join us?" asked Shannon. River and Adriana looked at each other and sat down.
The door opened, 2 men walked in...Eve had looked towards the door and her eyes met with the second man who entered.
