Just a friendly tip, the U.S. military protocals about relationships basically forbid getting involved with other military officers, they are also no legally allowed to forbid homosexual relationships unless it is between two soldiers who are currently on active duty. However, Daniel Jackson is not military, he's a civilian acting as advisor for the SGC which means he still counts as civilian and military/civilian relationships are fully permissable n.n

This story had the honor of being the first Jack/Daniel story I've read. ^_^ I'm usually not a big fan of PWPs, but this was wonderfully done and the characters captured so nicely. I love the emphasis on their unique communication and tying that into the ending was perfect. =) Thank you for a wonderful read.
