So I went back and looked at other reviews out of curiosity after I marathon'd this whole story. Which is such a wickedly good story with lots of heart and also a good amount of splendidly written smut. And now I'm half laughing, half annoyed. Especially after Chuck told Sarah he was a hacker, the way so many people were furious about how Sarah sex'd it out of him. I just had to laugh. Because apparently the stories on this site where Sarah is getting raped by arms dealers to save Chuck's life are totally fine. But what Sarah did here to get Chuck to admit the truth was just so awful. So terrible. What a betrayal that was. And then as the story continued, those same reviewers came back to tell you why you wrote what you wrote. Like you changed things to please them. What kind of megalomaniac misogynistic bullcrap is that! Wow. Frankly, MCP, I think you're better off with those people not reading. The thing I notice the most when I read fic, especially on this site in particular, is that some readers think they have the right to tell an author what to write, sometimes in really patronizing ways. They think they can control the story how they want it to be. I see a lot of that in the hundreds of reviews you've gotten for this story. I won't tell you how to write or what to write. I will say that I really love what you've already written. And I see you haven't updated in awhile. I hope all the negativity didn't make you stop. But if it did, what you gave us has been really fantastic stuff. Thanks so much. Don't let the haters get you down.

Great as usual. What's wrong with a story about two people falling in love who happen to have hot sex? I get that it's not the usual story here. But maybe it should be. I love the romance part just as much as the hot sex.

Easily the best chapter you've ever written. The sex was the best you've done and without a doubt I want to see that again, frequently. Sarah's thoughts about how she let chuck see her was nicely done. And their overall connection with each other is outstanding. Can not wait for the next update and where you take this story next. Absolutely amazing work.

Thanks for continuing this! Sorry I didn't have a chance to review the last chapter but I really liked it as well. There first doge was amazing! The beginning stage of this relationship proves you can have romance and hot steamy smut at the same time. Great job. Loved how she admits that she's happy with Chuck and becoming less afraid to pursue this. Loved Casey and her interaction! Can't wait for more and learn who is Fulcrum.

Can't wait for the next update. My only downpoint is that the sex needs to be a little smuttier and dirtier. More anal/facials and such. That I'm sure would bring a lot of readers back. The usual vaginal sex gets a bit repetitive after time.

I'm still loving this story. You are doing a great job and are so creative. Looking forward to more chapters!
