Good chapter (10) once again.

My biggest problem with this story (that I've still liked a lot) has been the fact that Sarah has been a bit too stuck on her "we're just fuckbuddies" view and never stopped to re-explore if that is what she really wants. I guess I don't find her actions 100% realistic on that front. Sarah wanting to talk to Chuck about her solved cased first before anyone else was a positive sign, and I hope that now things start to move faster on that front. Don't get me wrong, the sex scenes you write are incredibly hot but even those can get a bit repetitive if their relationship stays otherwise stagnant.

Haha love that Carina heard them, surprised she only teased as much as she did. I also liked that Sarah is starting to think about Chuck and a relationship, even if it's in her worry to think things would change. It will be good when she sees it doesn't have to be.

You're right that the chapter ended kind of abruptly but looking forward to the continuation.

Thanks for the update! I'm glad their relationship seems to be moving forward. I'm hoping for more scenes when they're together and not having sex, which is a strange thing to say in a smut story review, but still...I guess that's the whole point of this storyline, besides the hot sex :)
Hope you update soon, because the end of the chapter left everybody hanging, especially Chuck and Sarah.

Since this chapter is broken into three parts...

Part I
"I wondered how much of this was teasing. Did Carina actually enjoy hearing Chuck and I fucking over the phone?"

OK, this was a little unexpected but can we dare to hope that Sarah considers sharing Chuck with Carina at some point?!

I find that hard to believe... Yet intriguing... If maybe she's trying WAY too hard to prove to Carina (and herself) that Chuck is JUST a FB...

Either way, love the Sarah-Carina interactions.

Part II
Sarah stalking him at Buy More was adorable. She so smitten! The quickie in the office was great but I mostly liked her thinking that she didn't want to leave.

Chuck checking their relationship status ("And with us…being the way we are…I mean, our thing isn’t like…a regular thing, so…") was also adorable.

And perfect. I can't see him challenging the status quo, even as much as he clearly wants to, but he can give her an opportunity to speak up if she's willing to make the leap. Unfortunately we only got an "exactly" from her this time...

And of course the way he calls her "beautiful".

Their entire dialogue here was great.

Part III
Then Sarah second guessing everything prior to their Whiskey Date. Including that relationship status. She really is terrified of being hurt, isn't she?

And then he "accidentally" cooks her dinner. Or is he being slick?

Well, this turned into running commentary at some point but I really like the nuance to the story in addition to the sex scenes. Can't wait to see what Sarah has in mind.

And...
Finally, I wanted to share that I HATE first person narration. But yours reads really smoothly and I find I am not bothered by it at all. You haven't entirely changed my mind about first person but you have proven that there are exceptions. That's a bigger endorsement from me than it sounds like. Just a really smooth and engaging read all around.

You can't really do a FB story and gloss over the sex but this balance between story and sex is fantastic. Thanks!

I Guess my theory about Chuck being the killer is wrong since in this chapter a man was arrested unless there is a plot twist coming but I hope the rest of the story is just hot sex between Chuck and Sara. The part where Carina listens to them having sex is so Carina even in this AU story

So excited to see Chuck and Sarah doing the 69. I feel like they must have done that all the time in canon. And wow, the sex in Chuck's office was so hot. I hope you write more about them doing it there. Maybe after hours, Chuck closes the place down, disables the security cameras, and they screw on a dryer or something. Just a small request? I really like it when Sarah's in control, so if you could work more of that in, I'd love it. Not that this is lacking in Sarah-control. But just saying, I really love that. I like any sex scenes you write, but that'd be great.

I really like how you make cocky-Chuck fuel Sarah's need for control. Like she gets so turned on by it that she just wants to ride the hell out of him. And then she does ride the hell out of him.

And, like some others have said, I'd love to read about them having anal sex. I respect that you're taking things slowly because this is your first time writing erotica, and they're taking it slowly because they're both trying to explore. But they did have that convo, so it would be interesting to see how they go about broaching the subject of anal. Who would bring it up? Her or him? (My guess is she would.)

Anyways, please keep it up. You're my favorite author in any fandom. So so so so hot. And if you write anymore sex one shots, I'll read those too. Just saying. ;)

This is a story I check a couple times a day to see if it's been updated. That's how much I dig it.

Honestly, I'm not huge on first-person, and have a hard time cranking one out to that style, but it's still a quality story.
