Really looking forward to the next chapter even if Sarah has started to annoy me in this story. There's a few things I don't like. 1. her giving out her number to another guy regardless of whether she is gonna call him, the moment she gave it to him she thought about it. 2. her attitude, one phone call without actually saying sorry doesn't count as 'trying' to fix things between them. She said nothing relevant. The 3rd thing is this, something she said: And it was all too clear by his actions that day, and by a few of our interactions in the lead up to it (it had to be said), that he had started to see me as his girlfriend." "But it was up to me to get my footing again, since I was the one unwilling to take that extra step, unwilling to truly put myself out there for a real relationship." "I needed to talk to him. I needed to reiterate where I stood, but apologize for coming at it as hard as I had." This is why it is impossible to sympathize with her. If she truly believes that Chuck sees her as a girlfriend, then she should be ending the 'relationship', nothing she says will change that, nothing. She doesn't get to control his feelings. If she doesn't want a relationship, she stops sleeping with Chuck, end of. And this part...."But it was up to me to get my footing again"...."I needed to talk to him. I needed to reiterate where I stood." No she doesn't, she made herself perfectly clear. She doesn't want a relationship, he does. Reiterating her stance on the two of them means absolutely nothing (or should) if Chuck feels differently. They don't just start sleeping together again because she's "made sure" that he is aware of her feelings. Things don't just get to happen on her time. Their sexual relationship cannot continue if the two of them feel different about it, and she can't force Chuck to view it the same way, it just doesn't work like that. I feel like you've written yourself in a corner. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think it's very difficult to realistically explain why they start sleeping together again considering the 2 of them view the situation completely different. Maybe the delay is just because you're busy (i hope so), but I wouldn't be surprised if you were struggling to write past this.

AGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH I EXPECTED A SWEET AND SAPPY REUNION

"I wanted Chuck Bartowski the fuck buddy and I wanted Chuck Bartowski the friend." That right there was the most telling line in the chapter. Oh Sarah, you're in denial. Well written.

These last two chapters have taken the story to a whole new level. I know you want this story to have plenty of sex, but with the focus on plot it has become far better than before (and I've liked it up to this point too). If anything, I feel that this story might have suffered a bit because you've done your best to make sure every chapter has sex in it, but it's your story so do whatever pleases you. I just want you to know that you're a good writer and you can keep us interested with less sex scenes and more plot progression. Now, carry on, can't wait for more.

These plot-heavy chapters have been goooooood shit. It's like love in an elevator - I'm livin' it up as I'm goin' down.

lol 'fan'....while what you say is true, the truth of the reality is completely wrong. The difference between the people who dislike the current chapters/characterization is that they are STICKING to talking about the ACTUAL story where it seems like anybody who 'likes' the story spend more time talking about the PEOPLE who DISLIKE it rather than the story itself. If people like the story great, but let people dislike it or share their criticism. Nobody here is attacking anybody for talking about how much they like the story but people are sure as shit having issues with anybody who dare dislikes certain parts of it. A bit hypocritical no? If you like the story then talk about what you like, you don't have to 'defend' the author by attacking anybody with a different opinion.

People are really angry in their reviews. Wow. That's how you know you've written a good freaking story. When the reviews are basically filled with people calling each other "fucking stupid" while arguing over the characterization. So way to go MoreCharahPlease. I actually think this story is brilliant and I love all of the subtlety in the characterization. Also the sex is FANTASTIC. Can't wait to read more! Please keep writing!
