Anytime your dialogue has a tag verb: said, yelled, answered, ordered, the proper punctuation is to use a comma, end quote, one space and lower case first letter of the tag:
“Everybody take their positions.” Ordered Hotch. This should be written as: "Everybody take their positions," ordered Hotch.

Not really sure how the team left Garcia with an unsub in her office then ran off to JJ's. This was all a little confusing and hard to follow.
Your underlying thought process seems solid, the story premise, etc. but I'd recommend rereading and refining.
