You don't need to thank me. I need to thank you for updating the story here! Let me remember you again - most people are awfully lazy at rewieving, even the stories they very much enjoy. God knows I'm usually guilty enough of that!
About this chapter: clever, clever Jack! So the Time Lords tried for yet another 'get back' plan, uh? I got a little sad about his exposition, though. Given Torchwod 3 was probably the one exception to the rule. One Ianto was enough to keep them running...oh well, they were very few.

I can only agree with your analysis of Jack. My point was that on 19-21 century Earth it was pretty impossible to have any medic with knowledge of his biology when even he understood very little of it, so he was excused. Master and Doctor had at very least each other (Doctor met Rani too in the past I think), so if they could stop their fighting kind of foreplay long enough...well, they wouldn't, of course. It would be OOC.
How would they have talked? No idea, but it would be a crazy thing, imho. Beautiful chapter, as always.

And terribly funny how Doctor is so trascurate with his own health. Oh well, the cobbler goes around barefoot I guess (it's a saying in my region). Jack is the one with the most excuse, anyway. "Knowledge of his own biology" isn't something he had after coming back, to begin with, so...

I loved the prequel to this, and now back on aff I found this sweet thing. Eager to know the Tardis' gifts. And when Jack won't grate on anyone's nerves... I expect the Harkness charm © to finally work. Hint threesome at least hint.
