You had Sherlock and John, in addition to your readers, on an emotional roller coaster. Which is all right, since there was a happy ending. Nicely written. I really enjoyed this story.

I love this. Honestly the concept of the Alpha/Omega pairing was interesting. As much as I fan over Johnlock, this was simply Devine. John as a doctor treating Sherlock... Yes. Just all of the yes in the world. One problem though, that ruined the mood swing of the fic, it was good but not great, was the lack of emotional sympathy from Sherlock after first mentioning he lost the child. I know its in character for him not to care but although you developed on it later on, I thought his initial reaction to it was rushed. Like it didn't even have any significant importance. As John hungry he was, a little more care could of been taken into how he expressed the detail to John firstly. Even anger would of been something. Lemon us always great. The scene with John and Lestrade, well... That was just purely awesome. Apart from that one scene, I enjoyed it all quite thoroughly. Hope to see more from that endulgingly imaginative mind of yours :D
