I'm sure someone has mentioned this by now, but it isn't Vance... his name is Mance Rayder. Good story otherwise.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. I love the way you portrayed Ygritte - she is so canon, and Jon is appropriately hesitant and willing. My only critique is to chop up some of the earlier paragraphs to make new lines of quotation for each different person speaking, just for clarity. Your imagery is classy and yet thoroughly detailed. The use of simple words really added flare to the story, like how she swooped down to kiss him, etc. "Swoop" has never been so sultry ;)

Wow, that was HOT! What a bummer it wasn't real, lol.
