I love this so much! Joan has created a monster, albeit a very sexy and sweet monster. I love the idea of them becoming a family with children. I like the end when Sherlock truly shows just how much he loves Joan. He asks Mycroft to give Joan family clearance. So cool.

Overall lovely story, it was quite nice reading a story about Sherlock and a female I actually like. Also, I love you for using 'No shit, Sherlock'. So many brownie points : )
