Loved this story - thank you for writing and sharing. You had the characters and their mannerisms down perfectly, which made it a pleasure to read, and also made it believable. Great work!

OH! Love it!Specially because of the general idea, it is actually kind of...true. I eman, the fact they have a blog, and fans, and the fics...could be true on the tv show.
So funny! Should write more!

All the points for post-modern fan fiction! A very nice idea, and is a superb way to explore this pairing within the universe. I felt that exchanges between the characters were well observed, and believable. And you're right, I think, that writing his own fan-fiction is the kind of bizarre thing that Moffat's Sherlock Holmes would do.

A few critical points, the opening sentance of this story is a real let down compared to the rest of the work. It's like a three line scene setter that really isn't even required, and it reads like a thing that was thrown together. I don't feel you need to explain where Sherlock is, he can just be out and when he returns can made some comment that Lestrade is fine. We know that the already interact and it's not unrealistic to expect them to be meeting. Also, unless Watson is hiding that he likes gentleman, he probably would be a bit disturbed by it and it seems a bit of a leap for him to suddenly want to kiss Sherlock when he's never made any inclinations that way, even within the story here. I think the kiss is probably something that Sherlock would initiate, citing curiosity at which point Watson could find himself surprised that he enjoys it.
