I was so excited when I saw you had uploaded the final chapter! Such a bittersweet ending, but you always have a knack for blending in the sad so we can all appreciate the good. I really enjoyed this coming from Burt's perspective, and you certainly gave us enough twists and turns along the way. Personally, I don't mind that you get a bit OOC (especially with Puck)- I always buy it. :) Thanks again for a great fic!

Thank you thank you THANK YOU for not magically whisking away all of Noah's school problems! The military was a great idea. This Noah, despite your claims of OOC-ness, is the most in-character I think you've ever written him. I'm loving this story. Yes, it's a little HEA for my usual taste, but it's an enjoyable ride. Burt and Carole make such a great couple. BTW, Miri's nicknames are such fun. Now if only Beks got some love...

I think I'm starting to hate your writing. I'm far too addicted for my own good and you are way too good at drawing out emotions. But as with all my addictions, I'm going to keep reading because it's just too amazing not to. Please update soon.

Awwwww that was so sweet! Why couldn't that have been in the actual show? Anyways this story is really heartbreaking, but in a good way, a very good way!

These are wonderful! They fit into the show perfectly. I'll probably look back later and think that the shoe scene happened in the show and be frustrated when I can't find it.

I absolutely love this story. One of my favorite aspects of Glee is Kurt and Burt's relationship and this captures it perfectly. The second part reminded me so much of the scene in Kramer vs. Kramer. I loved that Kurt was just as angry that Puck caused him to get his pants dirty than about everything else. That just seems so much like him. I can't for the Puck/Kurt parts because they are my favorite pairing.
