This is great! However, there's a tiny thing bugging me. The Doctor is always 'The Doctor' unless someone is speaking to him directly. However, you haven't done that with (The) Gypsy. You just always have her as Gypsy, never 'The Gypsy'. Was this intentional? It's been impossible to ignore since I noticed it. Everything else is brilliant :D
