Excellent story, Big fan of Castle and Beckett.
The story reads like the tease that Kate was doing on Rick, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Martha's reaction is right on the money, glad the you had Alexis away, i could not imagine her reaction to that, when you consider her comments at the book launch in S1E1, it would be very difficult to gauge what her actions/comments would have been to catching them in the afterglow ( staying in character that is )
