Not too bad for a first House fic but there are one or two problems. One, I'm not a guy but I'm pretty sure you'd feel a sudden erection come one, especially if someone slipped him Viagra. It doesn't do well to be totally oblivious and then have an eighteen year old kid point it out. Viagra helps with sensation in cases of erectile dysfunction so someone without this problem should really notice it. Another thing, although I can almost believe the pairing as possible, (it is fanfiction after all and friendships can go that way) but their reaction to each other was a little off. You don't just accept your best friend suddenly wants to help you masterbate and not have anything constructive or believable to say about it. I know House has an I don't care attitude most of the time, but I'm pretty sure his reaction to Wilson 'helping' him masterbate is more than, "Huh, you've done this before haven't you? Go ahead, I'm not weirded out at all by this sudden transition from friends to your sucking my dick." Just some thoughts, hope you didn't take badly but there you go.
