Well, the characterizations are pretty god, and the story is nice. However, I really think you need to spend some time proofreading before you post anything else. The open-ended quoatation marks, the misspellings, the pronoun confusion, and the verb tense shifts all make for a very confusing read. My advice is to find a good beta reader and have him or her check everything thoroughly. Also, the Chinese expletives seem over-used, as if you wrote everything else and then added them in just for the sake of atmosphere. Try using them less, only when they fit in with the dialogue or the story. Otherwise, good job.
