I think your story was incredible, I liked that depth of the story. Your story seems like something I would want to read again. I hope you add onto this.

Aww, the angst in this fic is just perfect. It makes my stomach twist into knots.

Oh wow. I love how you wrote the start with all the long sentence paragraphs. Totally the way I'd see Rodney thinking. Its scary how much I could see this happening. Thankyou so much for sharing, I love it.

As I read the first two paragraphs of this story I knew where this was going. Not that your story was anything less than an fantastic portayal of a cutter, but because I was one. I saw it all very clearly because I so completely identified. You wrote an incredable and very realistic vignette here. What's more, with all the pressure and the known childhood... and believe it or not, the intelligence... I could easily imagine Rodney McKay using this release valve.
People don't understand, but if Kate were a half way descent psychiatrist, she would. It's a coping mechanism that WORKS. To stop it, another mechanism has to be introduced.
Oh dear... I went preachy. Sorry about that.
I had to write and tell you what an excellent hob you did. This was well written. Tight, gripping and compelling the reader further with each paragraph. You produced a wonderful look into an area many avoid.
Bravo!
