Wow, great story! I never quite could picture Dr. Cox as a bottom, because I always thought of him and J.D., but now ... *purrs* It's just delicious! I love it. :)

First of all, yeah, so this is almost a year overdue, but I just read this, because after months and months of hunting for Janitor/Cox fic and not finding any, I remembered that the heaven that is Adult FF.N existed, and took a shot. And DAMN it was worth all the sifting through the countless JD/Cox fics just to find this awesome gem.
Lets start with your disclaimers. 1, I only WISH you own the show so there’d be more HoYay! between Cox and the Janitor, especially if this particular scene you’ve so niftily written here made it on air. And 2, I could not imagine, for the life of me, WHY would you apologize. Because this? Is exactly what I thought a Janitor/Cox slash fic would be like!
I loved the way you kick things off. It has got to be one of the hottest ways to start a fic. I absolutely adore your narrative style and how you describe things. They seem real, sound real, SMELL real… and I think you’ve got the voices down pat!
I also love how you make the Janitor playful, teasing and too collected whilst the normally unshakeable Cox couldn’t actually think, and Cox’s struggling efforts to regain his position but is still overpowered by the Janitor, it is not just good and gripping, this is SEXY!
And that ending, classic!
Of course, the fact that this is not a mushy story is yet another perk.
100 stars to you. And FYI, I had to lie down for 2 hours to recover after reading this before I could trust myself to be coherent to review your story.
