great to see you updating this. That's a pretty freaky explaination. I was wondering how it would work. That sounds just like something Jo'el would do to without a problem. He doesn't care for humans much. Clark and Lex are taking the news well considering what Jo'el did. Poor Clark has to be totally freaking out.
