Seriously, how much out of character can you get? Is Sam on Speed, Crack, Meth or something? There is no way in hell, he would be so giddy and childish (by the way the naval officer joke is terrible). Besides, I'm pretty sure that if anything like that happened, Dean would fear that his brother is possesed and get his gun instead of playing along with Sam's retarded games.Maybe you should consider listening to the dialog in the show instead of simply dooling over the protagonists.
And if you pair Sam and Dean (especially when it is their first time) you should take more time to explain their feelings and what exactly drove them to this point. If you just write this stuff to get off some steam, I suggest you stop writing and just read other stories or you assume they are in some kind of realtionship already (though this feels like cheating to me).
