Even though it has been over 3 years since the last update to this fic I am still hopeful that someday you will once again pick up this wonderful narrative and carry it to its resolution. This story was very good. It was like a book I couldn't put down. Nice work. I like Forever Knight stories that are about Lacroix. He's my favorite from the series.

Hello!
Firs of all I would like to apologize for bad spelling. English language is not my native.
I realy love you story. I never see Forever Knight and actually I don`t have plans to do it because you write so well.
I think you`re LaCroix is great. So selfish, possessive and dangerous. For the first time I belive that vampire character is really so old; his age is not only a number. You make him alive (paradox, isn`t it?). Kathryn is wonderful also. She is not boring like most of the romantic heroins. She knows what she wants, what she like and she is very strong. She don`t mind to be in the opposite to the rest of world.Whitout it she wouldn`t be enough women for LaCroix. He would crush her.
I hope you will update soon, psyche.
PS I really don`t understand why this great story have only 2 reviews. Maybe, and this is only a suggestion, you should move Time, Death & Scar Tissue... to another section, like erotica. I think people rarely came to Horror/Thriller.

I am so happy someone writes a FK story and with my favorite character in the lead role!
By the way, I think the Latin phrase should look like this: "In spe sum potest fieri, ut amicam sine te tempori vespertino conterere." Literally translated: "I have the hope it is possible, that your friend spends the time of the evening without you." Romans were not too fond of auxiliary verbs or personal/ possessiv pronouns. ;-)

I have to say, I'm very dissappointed. I was really hoping for a true Unnamed Faction story. Why name that faction in your summary if you're going to have a LC/OC romance? I skimmed through 4 random chapters and didn't see Nick once. Frankly, LaCroix seems very OC.
