It was a nice story and the idea is interesting. I like that you created a mission situation - that way it felt more authentic.
The sex scene was a bit short, but it was nicely written. A pleasure to read.
Now, the bad sides.
"Homosexuality was frowned upon on Vulcan" what about the philosophy of idic?
"The Captain had grumbled, groaned and cursed him ‘till the air seemed to take on a faint blue tinge." would he really do that in this situation?
"399 patients down, 1 to go." uhm... how long did it take Bones to check them all? I hope it didn't happen on one day. Also, there are 430 people on the Enterprise.
"There was an arm around his waist. It wasn’t his, so, therefore, it must be Spock’s." the reasoning in this sentence is kind of silly
"The three humans promptly disappeared, and re-appeared in the transporter room." Spock's half-human, so...
"Jim goggled at Bones. “What?!”" would he really be so surprised of Spock and McCoy getting along?
There were also a great deal of typos, like Pock, instead of Spock.
All in all it was a good story and I enjoyed reading it :)

I read this a while ago onFFN. I really like it alot. S/Mc forever! It's so sweet, veryone who likes ST slash should read it.
