All-in-all, this was a very moving bit of fiction. I always love Niles/CC stories! You may want to review it and fix some typos, and I should add a couple little things. Given Niles' age and all, it's hard to believe he can be ready to perform so quickly right after CC finishes her, um... "work" down below. You have him going right from that to them getting down to business, with no interlude. Granted, like you say in the story, he thinks it's all a dream, but it's not really a dream, as we all know. So I guess what I'm saying is, brush up a wee bit on human anatomy. Your characterization is very good; the first few paragraphs with CC pretty much pegs her perfectly! And I can just hear Niles' lovely British accent when he's speaking. I gave it a 4 out of 5.
