oh that was fantastic!! you had Trip's train of thought nailed wonderfully, from emotions before to care for T'Pol's comfort during and after. i will definitely recommend this to others!! well done!!

Well narrrated. A good story. But it has an anachronism. A glaring one! Trip could not have read about any Vulcan sex rituals. Spock, who may not have even been BORN during Topol and Trip's era(on Enterprise), stressed clearly in the ST:TOS Episode, 'Amok Time', that the Vulcans NEVER speak of such things to "out-worlders", as he called it(I asssume other Vulcan characters may have used this term. I can't recall...). Information only became more available after being personally witnessed by Kirk and Dr.McCoy. And Mccoy has training in Xenobiology AND the mental sciences. So he would be able to interprate the nuances of alien mating rituals. And, after a le pre proding, I'm sure McCoy could get Spock to open up further about Vulcan mating rituals(the good doctor may have even convinced Topau to expound on Vulcan sex).
