Overall a very good story. I can kind of picture it happening "off screen" as it were.

However, you might want to rewrite it a little bit - a space vessel (such as the Glactica) or indeed a ship at sea, does NOT have floors, walls. ceilings, doors or doorways. What it does have is decks (floors), bulkheads (walls), deckheads and/or overheads(ceilings), hatches (doors), and hatchcoamings (doorways).
Also, as shown in a season three episode (I forget which one), Cally's full name is Cally Henderson (or at least it was before she married the Chief).

Like I say, these are minor niggles. I'd like you to continue with this theme - Apollo and Cally having an illicit relationship while the world ends around them, maybe even have Starbuck join them for a bit of variety.
