Well, that was a long and wonderful story! You did a fabulous job and I was hooked the entire time - and it was a special treat for me that the daughter's name was Rachel, since that happens to be my name! Yay me! Just read some of your reviews in ansewr to the person who states no one has that much bad luck in a year my friend do not tempt fate I have had a major car crash (written off a 12 grand car) no one harmed. Had 2 close deaths and my house has nearly blown up, and had amajor op delayed and please remember that although Hazeleyes writes as a professiomal she also has a day job and slang can be misinterpeted from both sides of the atlantic. The verb or adjective "fuck is used in all languages and yes most folk would believe that the charactor of Grissom would say this. I found the story very beleivable and yes I do enjoy dialect in the tone of the person speaking and yes I agree that it would be hard for any other than a Scot to interpet that dialect in this instance it does not come into play as Hazeleyes has no Scot in her story. I do appeciate what you are saying about spell check but if you wish to be so purist spelling in UK and Amercia is different. This story is nothing short of fantastic and enjoyed by a whole lot of people from many different countries.
