Really like your story. Would like to see how you take on "the morning after" (More like 5 minutes after, but you get the point.) I'd like to know how the baby is coming out. You have three choices that I can see, they are:
(a) The magic spring also affects the form of the person's genetalia. As the pregnancy progresses, the male genetalia becomes more female. Quite possibly, working breasts develope too.
(b) Caesarion. Since Caesar is alive or only very recently dead in this time period, it's not called that. The practice is bloody and has a low survival rate for the mother at this tech level. But, this is Herc. He can survive most wounds that many mortals can't.
(c) Ass baby. Comes out the way it got in. Please don't go there.

Ummmm, I really like this fic. ALOT. There is so much smut out there between Herc/Iol. that it gets annoying. Its good to see a fic that cosiders more then just the sex. Update soon!
